Terms & Conditions – Curly Creek Devon Rex Cattery
By purchasing a kitten from Curly Creek Devon Rex Cattery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Kitten Health & Guarantee
- All kittens are vet-checked, vaccinated, and dewormed before leaving our cattery.
- Each kitten comes with a health guarantee against genetic defects (specific duration outlined in the purchase agreement).
- Buyers must take their kitten to a licensed vet within 72 hours of arrival for a health check.
2. Reservation & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten.
- Full payment must be completed before the kitten is released.
3. Shipping & Pickup
- We offer nationwide delivery through trusted pet couriers or flight nanny services.
- Buyers must arrange to pick up their kitten on the agreed date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Kitten Care & Responsibility
- Buyers agree to provide a safe, loving home and proper veterinary care.
- Kittens should not be declawed or rehomed without consulting us first.
- Devon Rex cats are indoor-only pets and should not be left unsupervised outdoors.
5. Breeding Rights
- All kittens are sold as pets unless breeding rights are Given.
- Breeding without written permission from Curly Creek Devon Rex Cattery is strictly prohibited.
